Disney Choreography

Dana, Kate and I were talking animated choreography today (what? doesn't everyone?), and Dana mentioned this video she saw that shows how Disney basically (entirely) recycled its animated choreography in several movies. Check out the video. It's only 3.5 minutes long, and well worth the watch.

  4. I don't care that they reuse "choreography". Its pretty brilliant that somebody noticed and dedided to share via youtube.

  5. You'll notice most of the videos they showed we older (except maybe Beauty and the Beast?) The style of animation was different back then. I'll forgive Disney because they made so many advancements to the field of animation: e.g. the multiplane camera, feature length films, etc. When stuff was hand-drawn like it was, I don't blame them for recycling. Cool vid Kim.
